Design & Product development: Technical files received from customers.
Also we are working with experienced freelance designer that could
present right styles for our customers. Designs reshaped according to
customer demands are forwarded to sampling process. Experienced pattern
makers make fitting meetings in order to expedite the fitting process.
After having the fit approval size set prepared if requested and
assorted production pattern prepared.
Sourcing: We know that the key to present right price/quality level is
passing through right sourcing strategy. Our firm located in Mersin Free
Zone has a significant tax advantage for imported fabrics. We could
procure fabrics and trimmings from domestic and abroad due to our
customers’ lead time and price level.
Production & Quality Assurance: Two apparel plants and denim washing
plant are under control of our experienced team. In addition there is an
independent quality assurance team which is making daily controls and
final inspection with customer eyes. |
